- Details of what is wrong with the product

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to return a product purchased in our store.
To proceed with the return of a product the user must initially contact Tienda Carpfishing via email at incidencias@tiendacarpfishing.es.
Do you have a defective product?
If the product arrives defective we will take care of picking up the order and we will take care of all the expenses incurred. As soon as we have the product in our facilities, we will send you a voucher for the value of the product so that you can use it in the following way Tienda Carpfishing without expiration.
Do you have a product in good condition that you want to exchange?
If the return is made without the product being defective or without being faulty, you can return it to us. Tienda Carpfishing, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging.
- When returning the product, when we receive the package at our facilities, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned products within a maximum period of 14 days after the customer communicates the withdrawal.
- The shipping costs incurred for the sale of the product will be deducted from the final price returned.
